It was cold❄️... and I usually left class feeling like I hadn't accomplished much.
I got to a point where I thought yoga wasn't worth my time...
Then a friend suggested I try Hot Yoga.
It was a complete game changer... 🙌
The HEAT... OMG the HEAT!!! 🔥🔥🔥
It made it challenging... like heart pumping, sweat rolling, need-to-catch-my-breath awesomeness.
It made stretching feel so much better (and so much easier)... especially for those stone-like-inflexible days.
I walked out of every class feeling amazing... this cool balance of feeling invigorated and super relaxed. 😎
And then something happened that I didn't expect...
I started noticing that I was more relaxed and less stressed throughout my days.
My body started feeling more youthful than it had in years... I literally started feeling like I was "turning back the clock."
Here I am today, 40 years old, and I feel better than I did when I was in my 20's.
